I’m heading out for a weekend conference and while there will be workshops to attend and presentations to prepare I’m busy getting my knitting bag set to go. I wanted some mindless knitting – something smallish and easy to handle but still fun and a little trendy… and so after seeing Magnusmog’s Eyelet Hat on Ravelry I cast on for not one – but two. One in pumpkin the other in cranberry, one for me and one for my Mom. Should be finished in plenty of time to take to Cleveland for Thanksgiving. Two crowns down… sixteen inches of Rowan Felted Tweed ribbing bliss to go.
