Blue

Since last we met….
I’ve been knitting blue - an autumn sky’s worth of blue.

And while I was knitting all that blue I was admiring the russets, golds, and yellow- greens that glow like jewels in the hedgerow at this time of year and decided to incorporate those colors in the yoke of my cardigan.

This cardigan is a first go at using Elizabeth Zimmerman’s Percentage System or “EPS” to come up with a cardigan just right for me. It was an exciting journey with many twists and turns, and I think I’m closer to where I was headed, but not quite there yet.
