not meaning to fixate but

The boys are sleeping in. Time to visit with my Saturday morning friend Brenda of “Cast On” – soothing, reflective, interesting, transporting me to Wales and a walk in the winter landscape today. This morning I noticed I somehow missed an episode. Unthinkable! Episode 62 –“the one about hats turned sideways”. In this episode Brenda talks with Woolly Wormhead. Checkout her fabulous hat designs in her book "Going Straight". During the pod cast Brenda shares the Ingrid Michaelson song I posted below. It reminded me there was another holiday hat I could show you. Its blue and gold and was a little too small but Larry has been wearing it anyway- that’s true love for you.

The hat is Mary Jane Mucklestone’s Cabled Chullo. find it here It was a fun- quick knit. Probably going up a needle size would have given Larry a better fit. Would never want to imply he has a big head.

Well hello! Thank you for your visit to my blog. I love to say "fiddlesticks" when I'm frustrated about something, so I had a good chuckle when I saw your blog title! :) Lovely hat, too, by the way.
